We were looking to move out of California and bought a home in Twin Falls Idaho and Jim helped us navigate through the in’s and out’s of selling our house in Wildomar California. Jim was very helpful in finding technical help if there were repairs on the home after the inspection was completed. Jim kept us informed on any changes or problems that may have occurred. The one thing I must say about Jim is he is very thorough. Jim Knows California laws and is very good at making sure the seller follows them to a tee. We ran into a problem transferring the solar into the new owners name and Jim walked us through the whole process. We were looking to move out of California and bought a home in Twin Falls Idaho and Jim helped us navigate through the in’s and outs of selling our house in Wildomar Calif.
